I wanted to reach out personally and thank you from the Intertribal Resource Center and our Native American Heritage Month Planning Committee on a fantastic job with this year’s menu. Chef Héctor did an incredible job in researching and implementing this tall order to cultivate and celebrate Indigenous foods. The Vice Chancellor said during our last meeting this was the greatest heritage month menu she’s ever had. Please pass on the praise within the team!
